To support the Compensation & Benefits Team in administration of HRIS and the remuneration and payroll processes.
To support in implementation compensation and benefits policies, including salary revision, bonuses and benefits.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions promptly.
Maintain accurate payroll records for audit and regulatory compliance.
Assist in reviewing salaries, benchmarking and compensation packages that align with organization policies and market standards.
Provide necessary support in managing the annual manpower budgeting exercise.
Leverage HRIS software and automation tools to automate processes and reduce manual work processes.
Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
Good Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, preferably in large sized organization.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, audit support and maintaining accurate payroll records.
Experience in streamlining payroll processes and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Strong understanding of Employment Act, payroll regulation and tax requirements in Singapore.
Proficiency in payroll software preferably Success Factor, SAP and Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Ability to work well with others under tight deadlines and respond to changes in priorities.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights for decision-making.
