Our client, a security solutions provider has been established for more than 25 years, with a strong reputation in the industry. They specialize in delivering comprehensive turn-key security systems, from design and integration to maintenance and support and serve clients in government, trade and commercial sectors. They are now looking for a HR Admin Executive to join their expanding team!
Location: Tampines West
Job Responsibilities:
Design and formulate Learning and Development framework based on the needs of the organisation and the staff
Identify training needs analysis (core competencies) for staff by engaging with the respective Divisional Heads and develop a functional training road map
Periodic review of staff skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
Arranging of external training programs
Assess the costs of planned programme and manage training budgets
Liaising with government agencies on training subsidies or incentives
Update and maintain all training records and course catalogue
Conduct post-training evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
At least 1 – 2 years’ work experience in HR will be a strong advantage, fresh grads welcome to apply!
Diploma in any field
Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to manage heavy administrative tasks
