Job description
  • Position: HR Executive/Officer
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio (Future office is near Yio Chu Kang MRT)
  • Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
  • Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200+ Bonus + Medical + 14 days annual leave
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: F&B

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for office and operations and generate GIRO files
  • Generate & publish payslips via carbonate cloud HRM system
  • Staff claims processing via carbonate cloud HRM system (such as medical fee)
  • Generate CPF, SDL, levies and submission - application & process all types of work pass including new, renewal and cancellation
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts
  • Assist in the preparation of HR letters, including confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, bonus letter warning letters, and any other employee-related matters.
  • Manage OT and variables (eg attendance, housing, locker deposit/refund, allowances and bonus calculation) - manage leaves administration and attendance checks via the carbonate cloud HRM system
  • Assist in checking the weekly/monthly roster against the carbonate cloud HRM attendance records
  • Compile IR8A / IR21 and submission
  • Liaise with relevant Government agencies (e.g MOM) on Statistic Surveys, relevant funding, applications and claims (including absentee payroll, NSmen pay, training grant, childcare leave, maternity leave, etc)
  • Update the Occupational Employment Dataset on a regular basis
  • Assist in preparing reports relating to work injury accidents and submit them to MOM
  • Monitor corporate insurances, including liaising with insurance brokers on WICA/FW Medical/H&S policy renewal and medical and hospitalization claims.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new staff
  • Assist in arranging new/replacement of the IHP medical card

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
  • Diploma in HR or related field
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
