Job description
Position: HR Executive (Learning & Development)
Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months) + Flexi Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Marine & Construction Engineering (Listed & MNC Company)
Main Responsibilities:
Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP), including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations
Prepare monthly new hires’ report and liaise with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and ASMI on CCP eligibility assessment
Administer the funding grants, includes tracking and preparing necessary documentation and submission for reimbursement claims
Administer Employee Benefits programmes, such as submission of insurance claims and work injury claims
Liaise with insurer and employees on insurance matters and support in yearly insurance renewals
Administer full-cycle of scholarship programmes, such as Singapore-Industry Scholarship and Work Study Diploma programmes
Assist and support in collaboration with Government Agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including attending meetings with managers and organise industry visit
Support in talent development programme to support company’s retention / growth and succession planning
Assist in monthly HR reporting
Liaise with the union for activities, handle new membership registrations, removal of resignees and update of monthly bills
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
Minimum Diploma in any field
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in L&D or T&D, government grant application and policy writing
