Basic: $3800 - $4500

MNC - High Variable Bonus.

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon – Fri: 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm)

Location: East – Changi

Job Description

• Lead recruitment for construction roles, ensuring alignment with project needs.
• Implement HR policies and manage performance reviews onsite support.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Handle onboarding and work pass applications for new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience in the construction sector; IHRS certification will be highly advantageous.
