Job description
Responsibilities:
Full-spectrum HR administrative function including recruitment, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance & reward management, implementation of policies, staff discipline & conflict resolution, and other HR-related functions.
Process payroll using the Company’s HR Information System, InfoTech, and prepare monthly payroll reports & reconciliations as well as annual preparation & submission of IR8As.
Process the submission of IR21, Work Injury, Maternity leave, CPF, Government, and insurance claims.
Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and monitor work pass quota; familiar with WPOL, EPOL, and MOM portal.
Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process for all hires and leavers, including all administrative work such as employment contracts, work permit management, medical claims, and insurance matters.
Manage and maintain all personnel records in InfoTech as well as electronic p-files.
Manage performance review exercises and conduct salary reviews with the Company’s Managing Director of Operations.
Track and enroll employees in mandatory courses in the F&B industry as well as the latest PWM courses.
Assist in market surveys from MOM and various HR-related surveys.
Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of office operations.

Requirements:
Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
At least 1-3 years of HR working experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
Experience in HRIS InfoTech and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
Good knowledge of prevailing MOM & CPF regulations, local employment laws, and HR practices of the Food & Beverage industry.
