HR Executive (Healthcare) (6 mths, West, Up to $3k)

RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be deployed to:

Location: Jurong

Pay: $2.2k - $3k

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30-6

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On-boarding, Employee Lifecycle and Off-boarding related activities.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Requirements:

• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
• Organised, meticulous and proactive.
