As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee exit processes, and the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, data entry, and preparing contracts, letters, and related documents.
Assisting in monthly payroll processing.
Coordinating staff housing arrangements where required.
Conducting employee orientation and educating staff on HR-related matters.
Preparing accurate and timely HR reports and data.
Supporting company events and employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
Contributing to various HR projects and providing ad-hoc HR support as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resource management/ payroll.
