HR Executive (Generalist)
Job description
Job Responsibility:
- Handle the recruitment process, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Campus recruitment
- Update and maintain Leave Record
- Update Organization chart
- Checking of staff claim
- Checking of staff attendance
- Review compensation and benefit practices
- Any other appropriate duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min Diploma holders in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
