HR Executive - Culture, Welfare, and Employee Engagement

Job Description:

Job Overview:

Our client is in the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a HR Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Building:

  1. Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
  2. Foster a sense of community through team-building activities, workshops, and community service projects.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  1. Organize and execute engaging events, parties, and celebrations that bring employees together and enhance camaraderie.
  2. Plan and coordinate workshops, talks, and exercise sessions that promote well-being and personal development.

Employee Engagement:

  1. Gather feedback from employees to understand their needs and preferences, using insights to improve engagement initiatives.
  2. Lead efforts to create an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and connected.

Community Involvement:

  1. Develop and promote community service programs that encourage employee participation and strengthen connections outside the workplace.
  2. Partner with local organizations to create volunteer opportunities and initiatives that benefit the community.

Communication and Promotion:

  1. Utilize various communication channels to promote events and initiatives, ensuring high levels of participation.
  2. Share success stories and highlight employee contributions to build excitement around culture and engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or event planning, with a focus on culture and community building.
  3. An extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
  5. A creative mindset and a passion for fostering a fun and inclusive workplace.
