HR Executive | Corporate Services | Cairo

Overview of the role

The HR Executive will support the HR personnel & payroll processes and ensure that all the government relations procedures are properly carried out within Al Futtaim Group.

What you will do

  1. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  2. Maintain accurate records of offboarding activities, including the return of company assets, access revocation, and necessary paperwork.
  3. Ensure maintenance of all relevant HR related data is correct and complete. Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines.
  4. Perform country-specific Data consistency checks. Ensure all People Service Delivery performance metrics and KPIs are met.
  5. Resolve People Services related queries and issues within the standard established time frames raised by various stakeholders, including employees.
  6. Close collaboration with country HR partners to manage operation inquiries, escalations, and stakeholder management. Provide regular training to new and established stakeholders on the use of the People Services system. Update and maintain employees’ personnel files, database in hard & soft.
  7. Extract regular and ad hoc reports needed for HRSS upon request and get support from the reporting team when needed and contribute to support projects in scope for HRSS. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
  8. Prepare all social insurance forms monthly, Form 1 & 6, and submit Form 2 to the government as per the yearly practice.
  9. Responsible for all requests received from the employee related to social insurance updates.
  10. Validate all actions done by the social insurance consultant and make sure they follow the SLA and conduct regular audits.
  11. Lead the yearly file audit conducted by the social insurance consultant and provide analysis and action required. Generate monthly reports to review HC VS social insurance records.
  12. Update and maintain employees’ personnel files, database in hard & soft copies and generate monthly reports for the insured employees to ensure a workflow in accordance with the Egyptian labor law.

Required Skills to be successful

  1. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Very good command of Arabic and English language.
  3. Problem-solving and analytical skills.

What equips you for the role

  1. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience within HR, Payroll & Personnel management, and Government relations.
  2. Ability to own initiatives within a very dynamic environment.
  3. Proficient with computer usage of Microsoft Office, SAP Success Factors.
