HR EXECUTIVE - CONTRACT (Up to $4.5K + Completion Bonus)

Job Description:

• Working location: Sungei Kadut, company transport provided
• Company: Leading renowned Construction company
• Salary: Up to $4,500 basic + Completion Bonus
• Contract Duration: 7 months contract to cover maternity

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onboarding & offboarding process
• Documentation for new hires
• Driving employee engagement by collecting employees' feedback
• Involvement in HR processes
• Provide support for L&D initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in HR
• Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
