Job description

Job Description:

  • NPO
  • Orchard/5 days week
  • Conducive work environment

Responsibilities

  • Work with business units to support both compensation & benefits (C&B) and learning & development (L&D) plans.
  • Assist and support in internal & external audit, HR systems pertaining to rewards, benefits, payroll, and manpower planning.
  • Manage end-to-end administration of L&D activities/C&B processes.
  • Oversee and ensure timely compliance training, certification, and re-certification of employees.
  • Assist to analyze and measure the effectiveness of learning programmes/C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
  • Support HR Department initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • A recognized Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience is preferred.
  • Well-versed in local employment legislation and industry HR practices.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and thinking skills.
  • Able to influence at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Hands-on and able to multi-task.
