Job Description

• Position Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Mobile Allowance + AWS + Bonus (Up to 4 months)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all hands-on HR tasks, including recruitment, work pass applications, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits. Review and propose workflow and procedural improvements.
• Serve as the main contact for specific HR duties both internally and externally.
• Manage and schedule employee qualifications renewal, training, and health checkups.
• Engage with external consulting and recruitment agencies as needed for HR functions.
• Implement, improve, and maintain the integrity of HR system data.
• Collaborate with superiors and Directors to establish and upgrade HR systems and policies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
• Perform daily HR duties to cover the absence of HR staff or subordinates.
• Attend physical or online seminars to gather and apply up-to-date HR information to the company’s HR system.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in a similar role. Payroll experience preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore’s employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
