Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Recycling Wholesaler
• Position Title: HR Executive
• Working Location: West- Boon Lay (Company Transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3300 + Lunch provided + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and selection processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee the processing of work-injury, including streamlining the process, ensuring timeliness in the submission of work-injury cases, and managing inquiries from the department
• Manage Insurer and Broker to ensure that claims are processed according to statutory requirements and in a timely manner, including work injury reporting, updating of medical leave records, and submitting required documents for insurance claims
• Work closely with Finance in the administration of claims and reimbursement pertaining to work-injury cases

Minimum Requirements

• Min. Diploma
• Min. 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Proven experience in a full-spectrum HR role is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation
• Priority will be given to applicants who are available to commence work immediately
