Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive for Learning and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee growth and development, possessing a strong understanding of learning strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and consultation with department heads.
  • Recommend appropriate training programs or workshops for employees based on suggestions from department heads.
  • Collaborate with training institution on the training needs of the organisation’s employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training records and databases to track employee progress and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Experienced in navigating grant applications from relevant organisations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with the scope of the role.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of Training & Development experience
  • Good understanding of HR practices including the Employment Act.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to carry out analytical and coordination work.
  • Good working attitude & self-driven.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in office software applications including Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace collaboration tools.
