HR Executive (5 Days job / Recruitment / Contract renewable)

Job Summary:

• Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB
• Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
• Mon-Fri, 7.50am to 4.55pm
• 1 year contract (renewable)
• Semicon industry
• MNC

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process, including job requisitions and manpower updates.
• Advertise job openings across multiple platforms and collaborate with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews and screenings to identify candidates that align with hiring managers' requirements.
• Oversee work pass administration and streamline the onboarding process for new employees.
• Coordinate career talks, job fairs, workplace health initiatives, and recreational activities.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment
• Min. Diploma in Human Resources or relevant
• Knowledge and understanding of HR functions
