  • Payroll Management: In charge of payroll processing for employees across Singapore & SEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of salaries, including regular wages, overtime, performance bonuses, and other compensation components.
  • Compensation Data Analysis & Cost Control: Conduct detailed analysis of compensation data, monitor payroll expenses, and support cost optimization strategies. Assist in developing the annual compensation and benefits budget.
  • Benefits Program Optimization: Manage and optimize employee benefits programs (e.g., medical insurance, work injury coverage, year-end bonuses, paid leave) to enhance employee satisfaction while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Budget Planning & Monitoring: Assist in the preparation of the annual compensation and benefits budget, and regularly monitor payroll expenses to ensure they align with financial goals.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure that compensation, tax, and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and tax regulations in each country. Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and compliance matters.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with finance and HR teams to ensure the smooth execution of compensation systems and benefits policies, contributing to the achievement of team goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in compensation management, payroll, cost analysis, or benefits administration. Experience in the chemical industry or manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation management, and tax policies, with cross-border payroll experience being an advantage.
  • Expertise in compensation data analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, providing effective cost analysis and decision-making support to management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and office software, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities, able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and support operations from HQ.
