We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be on site.

HR Executive

This role involves a combination of data analytics, process automation, vendor management, work pass administration, and providing general HR support. It requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset who can streamline HR processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our HR operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload. Enhance and manage existing HR software solutions and tools for process improvement.
  • HR Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Evaluate vendor performance and support negotiation of contracts to secure the best terms and services for the organization as well as process invoices for payments.
  • Work Pass Administration: Oversee the administration of employees' work passes, visas, and permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Assist employees with work pass applications and renewals, guiding them through the process.
  • General HR Support: Assist in the developing, documenting, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Provide support in onboarding, employee relations, employee contract renewals, benefits/welfare administration, engagement events, performance management, and any other ad hoc duties/projects as assigned.
  • Compliance: Comply and adhere to the company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with experience in data analytics, process automation, HR vendor management, and work pass administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications and Microsoft Power Automate, with a positive attitude towards continued learning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven presentations for decisions.
  • High level of organization, resourcefulness, great time management, and attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers.
