ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic team as a Junior HR Executive who excels in effective communication, operations work, and possesses a keen eye for details. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and special projects as needed.
  2. Duties include but are not limited to:
  3. Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Provide advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
  4. Prepare paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision, and termination.
  5. Prepare and maintain new employee files and process documents of new joining staff.
  6. Maintain employee leave records and update HR employee database changes.
  7. Conduct and reconcile benefits enrollment for new employees.
  8. Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.
  9. Write staff vacancy notices and press adverts by going through specifications and obtaining necessary approvals.
  10. Assist with conducting New Hire Orientation and prepare onboarding.
  11. Other ad-hoc projects and tasks to be assigned by HR Manager.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Minimally a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Preferably with some admin experience.
  3. Proficient in MS Office.
  4. Meticulous.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. Team player and independent.
  7. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all work.
  8. IHRP Certification would be ideal.
