HR Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Prepare and submit HR reports to the HR Manager and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Assist in the preparation and management of HR budgets, ensuring effective allocation of financial resources.
4. Participate in and lead various HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
5. Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction.
6. Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables and formulas to generate insights and reports.
7. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
8. Handle employee relations, addressing issues or concerns and providing support to employees as needed.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR practices align with the overall business strategy and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of HR experience within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or F&B industries.
3. Strong working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
