Job description

SUMMARY:

The Human Resource (HR) Executive will take on a hands-on role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions. He / she will share our commitment to excellence, help us build and maintain a dynamic, motivated and high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for HR practices. He/she will also oversee personnel management, employee relations, performance management and HR administration. Applicant will be someone who can foster a positive and compliant work environment.

This position is a full-time position in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment process and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as point of contact for employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts and assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  3. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal process, employee evaluations and terminations while collaborating with department heads to develop performance improvement plans.
  4. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement and update HR policies in line with labour laws and best practices, ensure compliance with regulations, and perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  5. Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administering employee compensation, benefits and reward programs, and conduct market research to ensure competitive packages.
  6. HR Administration: Ensure accurate documentation of employee records, compliance with legal requirements and keeping employee information up to date.
  7. Payroll Management: Assist Manager in processing salary disbursements, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  2. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  4. Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Experience in Human Resource Information System software is a plus.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times.
