To be overall responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of HR functions such as on-boarding, off-boarding, maintaining employee pfile/e-pfile records, and ensuring that all necessary documents are up-to-date.
To perform monthly payroll processing for Singapore and other countries, including GL submission to Finance, submission of CPF contributions promptly, and administering leavers’ salaries which include tax clearance.
To manage foreign work passes and visa applications for countries.
To conduct recruitment activities such as posting job ads on various job portal platforms and coordinating recruitment and selection during the hiring process.
To prepare and draft employment letters for selected candidates and/or other relevant HR letters such as employment certifications, long service awards, etc., as requested by employees.
Benefits administration such as enrolling employees into local or global insurance.
To maintain the HR software system, manage leave administration, and track work hours of employees via the HR system.
To manage L&D administration, registration, and submission of training grants to the relevant statutory board.
To be the first point of contact for all employee enquiries.
To perform any other ad-hoc HR-related duties as required.
