Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition and onboarding? We're seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team and drive our recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinate interview, reference & background checks, selection and offer.
Manage employees onboarding and offboarding.
Administer work pass process (application, renewal, cancellation).
Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS and P-file.
Manage HR administrative tasks, including preparing documentation, contracts, and letters.
Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolments, changes and terminations.
Registration of training courses for staff and processing of invoices from course providers.
Ensure HR & Admin activities compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment function.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite.
Meticulous, well-organized.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
