Assist in preparing, reviewing, and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
Monitor timesheet submission, attendance, and leave filing.
Handle the full cycle of the employment process, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding preparation.
Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related matters.
Manage government claims such as NS, childcare, maternity claims, levy waivers, etc.
Liaise with government authorities and agencies such as MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc., on employee-related matters and surveys.
Advise employees on HR internal processes, policies & legal regulations, personnel issues, including compensation and benefits, policy explanations, and letter preparation.
Develop and maintain employer-employee relations by building a strong and cohesive company culture and enhancing communication.
Attend to employees' queries and concerns.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and/or counseling when required and provide support to Managers in case of disciplinary action.
Provide advisory support to the HR team in the Philippines and Vietnam offices.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in a related field or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the related field.
Meticulous, with strong interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.
Understanding of local employment acts, regulations, and HR practices.
Regional exposure in ASEAN countries (the Philippines and Vietnam) will be an added advantage.
