HR Executive

At Easmed, we are seeking a dedicated HR Executive who will play a key role in fostering our unique organizational culture. You will support our business by engaging in various facets of Human Resources to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.

As you develop in this role, you will become an integral part of our talent acquisition, employee welfare, and culture development initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Acquisition: Work with recruiter and HRM and assist with recruitment process for all open positions, and working with IHLs on internship posting.
• Employee Engagement: Managing onboarding processes, fostering open workplace communication and relationships, and contributing to our vibrant company culture.
• HR Operations: Handling daily HR tasks to support the business and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

To excel in this role, you should ideally have:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a HR role,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
