We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our manufacturing plant in Joo Koon. The successful candidate will assist in managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and conducting onboarding processes.
Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, IRAS tax filings, and administer employee benefits, attendance, and leave management using HR software.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, collective agreements, and WSH regulations.
Work closely with department heads to make reasonable recruitment plans and address HR-related concerns.
Provide office administration support and manage office supplies.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field.
At least two years of experience in HR & administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
Proficient with MS Office suite; familiarity with Paymaster payroll software is a plus.
Meticulous and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
