- Coordinates all training activities, which includes course registration, training review, update training record, etc.
- Application and allocation of foreign worker PA and MYE.
- Manage foreign worker accommodation.
- Handle foreign worker disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Process foreign worker insurance claims for WIC/H&S.
- Manage foreign worker immigration bond.
- Oversee foreign worker tax clearance.
- Conduct ISO Audit & BCA licensing.
- Address MOM matters and surveys.
- Apply for and process government grants.
- Handle foreign worker related matters.
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction company.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates).
