Job description

The company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support general human resource functions. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HR, covering areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee management. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a dynamic environment and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  4. Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
  5. Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize internal events.
  6. Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related issues.
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  2. Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  3. Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
  4. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.
  8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
