Job description

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

Mobility

  • Support employees in transfers/assignments end to end process.
  • Perform cost estimates required for transfers/ assignments.
  • Create process guides for various mobility types.
  • Work with employees to support them on documentations required during their transfers/assignments lifecycle.
  • Develop expertise on the mobility knowledge so as to support questions posted by employees or relevant stakeholders for the mobility arrangements and topics such as payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration, and relocations.
  • Partner with relevant relocation logistic vendors in all stages of execution which may include, but are not limited to: home search, visa applications, tax reporting, and expatriate payroll.
  • Participate in any ongoing global mobility projects.

Payroll Administration

  • Verification and checking of all new employee’s data after payroll interface.
  • Preparation and data entry of all cheque requests (SAFE and employees’ income tax).
  • Addressed employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, tax withholdings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Computation of Salary for resignees (include queries, explanation of computation, policies etc).
  • Preparation of IR21, IR8S, IR8A and NS claims etc.

HRIS

  • Administers Attendance System (TMS / WFM ).
  • To ensure system integrity by conducting regular audit.
  • To ensure timely and accurate back payment of pay to employees.

Others

  • Participate in Labour Market and other Government related Surveys/claims.
  • Assist in administrative matters as and when required.
  • Support any system migration, testing and fan-out for plant-wide implementation, including procedure/SOPs creation.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in mobility or HR Operations.
  • Ability to maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders (cross team or cross functions).
  • Meticulous, independent, possess a good analytical and interpersonal skills.
