Support employees in transfers/assignments end to end process.
Perform cost estimates required for transfers/ assignments.
Create process guides for various mobility types.
Work with employees to support them on documentations required during their transfers/assignments lifecycle.
Develop expertise on the mobility knowledge so as to support questions posted by employees or relevant stakeholders for the mobility arrangements and topics such as payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration, and relocations.
Partner with relevant relocation logistic vendors in all stages of execution which may include, but are not limited to: home search, visa applications, tax reporting, and expatriate payroll.
Participate in any ongoing global mobility projects.
Payroll Administration
Verification and checking of all new employee’s data after payroll interface.
Preparation and data entry of all cheque requests (SAFE and employees’ income tax).
