Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and recruiting candidates to expand our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use suitable techniques for recruiting.
  • Use recruiting strategies to attract candidates.
  • Responsible for the whole recruiting phase.
  • Assign the best candidates to various roles.
  • Manage and update recruitment databases, and post and manage open positions.
  • Participate in various parts of the recruitment lifecycle including: developing and executing appropriate candidate sourcing strategies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting basic screens.
  • Assist in a variety of HR projects, including candidate sourcing and scheduling, employee engagement programs, learning and development coordination.
  • Conduct research for various HR and recruiting projects.
  • Handle requests for information and data (background checks).
  • Coordinate and maintain logistics to support and conduct internal training and development courses.
  • Plan and organize job fairs to help boost company brand among candidates.
  • Conduct career advisory workshops/seminars to help job seekers understand the job market better.
  • Assist with any other HR administrative tasks.
  • Provide technical support for ad-hoc projects.
  • Perform other routine administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualifications, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore, or equivalent.
  • Resourceful, independent, and innovative.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Approachable and able to work well with people.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Candidates must possess at least a full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualifications, Local Poly Diploma (local Polytechnic or equivalent institution)/ Degree.
  2. Candidates have to be at least 21 years old (Based on MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulatory requirement).
  3. This position is only open to Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent Residents.
  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
