- Provide full spectrum of HR
- Manage recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, offering, and onboarding of new hires
- Prepare Company Policies, Employee Handbook, Safety Orientation, and all other documents required by Management
- Participate in the improvement of HR work processes and create SOPs and documentation
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies
- Maintain and update employee records
- Assist with MOM related surveys, application & renewal of work passes on MOM website
- Manage payroll processing and attendance tracking
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department
