HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our dynamic team at ABBA OL PTE. LTD. in the Paya Lebar East Region. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our organisation's human resources function, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company. What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinating employee training and development programs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
• Addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve our HR processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Executive role, preferably within a consulting or generalist HR environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in HR information systems and data management
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
