HR Director (Fintech)

Job Description:

Our client is a leading fintech company (MNC) and they are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Director to lead human resources functions in a fast-growing fintech environment. The successful candidate will drive talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR policies to support business growth and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a strong people-first culture.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to attract top fintech professionals.
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
• Develop and maintain HR analytics to provide insights on workforce planning and decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment through effective HR policies and programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
• 10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably within fintech or technology-driven industries.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Proven experience in scaling HR functions within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change and build a strong company culture.
