Responsibilities
Build and manage the global HR team across multiple subsidiaries, establishing and implementing HR policies, including compensation systems, incentive structures, and performance management mechanisms.
Develop a global recruitment strategy aligned with business growth, enhance hiring capabilities, and improve the company's talent density.
Participate in organizational development, talent training, and strategic planning, diagnosing and resolving organizational challenges to enhance management effectiveness.
Deeply understand the company’s business and strategy, conduct organizational diagnostics, and provide planning and implementation support to align HR practices with business objectives.
Assist in shaping and embedding company culture, fostering an agile, high-performance, and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
At least 15 years of HR experience
Strong strategic thinking and organizational diagnostic skills, with the ability to drive organizational change and process optimization.
Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to explore new approaches, with strong resilience and a results-driven attitude.
Analytical thinker with strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, eager to continuously learn and grow.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders effectively.
Experience in internet, gaming, or high-tech industries is preferred.
