As a HR Data Analyst, your role is to leverage HR data to support informed decisions about ITE’s workforce and HR operations through data-driven insights and analytics. You may also be required to formulate, review, and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
You will work closely with HR teams to identify data needs, organize and prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance workforce performance and engagement, and overall HR operations.
