HR Data Analyst

What the role is

As a HR Data Analyst, your role is to leverage HR data to support informed decisions about ITE’s workforce and HR operations through data-driven insights and analytics. You may also be required to formulate, review, and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

What you will be working on

You will work closely with HR teams to identify data needs, organize and prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance workforce performance and engagement, and overall HR operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making.
2. Improving overall HR processes and productivity, leveraging available technology (e.g., RPA, AI tools).
3. Working on data systems, models, and dashboards to enable successful data analysis and reporting.
4. Undertaking other responsibilities as assigned to support digitalisation efforts in HR.
5. Helming a HR functional area to better understand HR operations and needs.

What we are looking for

1. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
2. Proven ability to manage and implement digital productivity improvement projects efficiently.
3. Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams and independently.
4. Some relevant experience in HR preferred.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PowerBI (preferred).
6. Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) preferred.
7. Prior experience in Data Science/Programming/AI and ability to carry out data analytics to determine trends and pitfalls will be advantageous.
