Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records (such as employment contracts, employment letters, etc.)
  2. Updating HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
  3. Preparing paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  4. Managing foreign worker medical insurance, security bonds, etc.
  5. Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, conducting interviews, and onboarding/offboarding candidates
  6. Supporting the HR department in HR and administrative duties
  7. Maintaining and managing office stationery, supplies, and pantry
  8. Collaborating with the recruiter to post job ads on career pages and process incoming resumes
  9. Updating internal databases with new hire information
  10. Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  11. Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed
  12. Developing training and onboarding materials
  13. Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proficient in Word and Excel
  4. Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines
  5. Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
