HR cum Administrative Assistant
Job description
Responsibilities
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records (such as employment contracts, employment letters, etc.)
- Updating HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
- Preparing paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Managing foreign worker medical insurance, security bonds, etc.
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, conducting interviews, and onboarding/offboarding candidates
- Supporting the HR department in HR and administrative duties
- Maintaining and managing office stationery, supplies, and pantry
- Collaborating with the recruiter to post job ads on career pages and process incoming resumes
- Updating internal databases with new hire information
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed
- Developing training and onboarding materials
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines
- Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
