We are looking for a meticulous and reliable HR cum Administration Assistant / Executive. They will undertake both the Human Resources role and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to both the Department and Project manager.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Support staff claim submissions to HQ.
Any other General Administration jobs.
Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation.
Assist in day-to-day HR duties including Application/Renewal of Work permit.
Update new hires details and maintain personnel file.
Maintain and submission of staff attendance records, medical & leaves records, and accommodation records.
Carry out effectively on staff’s onboarding/offboarding procedures.
Adhere to MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines at all times.
Any other duties as assigned by the HR manager.
Requirement:
At least Higher NITEC/Diploma.
Working area: Woodlands unless otherwise will be deployed to other project sites as and when needed.

Attention to Details: Meticulousness in handling confidential employee data, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and compliance with HR policies.
Negotiation skills: Proficiency in negotiation to resolve conflicts, handle employee grievances, and facilitate agreements between employees and management.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving HR practices, industry changes, and embrace new technologies or methodologies in HR management.
Ethical Standards: Upholding ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters and employee relations.
Languages: Spoken and written in English and Chinese is essential.
