Ensure best HR practices are implemented and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
By partnering with the business, you will assist in the coordination of interviews and provide competency-based interviews after candidates have been screened by the Talent Acquisition Team.
HR administrative tasks such as applying and renewing work passes.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner to monitor recruitment costs and update recruitment reports.
Provide a centre of excellence and be the main point of contact regarding employee relations issues.
Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to policy and process.
Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations.
Candidates with relevant experience in HR positions are strongly encouraged to apply.
