Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a HR Coordinator (1 year contract) based in Singapore.

The role:

Are you passionate about HR operations and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, exciting environment? At Clarins, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to support our Singapore Hub entities.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders, gaining exposure to multiple HR functions, driving process improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally in the beauty industry.

What You’ll Do:

• HR Operations – Prepare and manage employee documents, maintain HR records, process IT access for new joiners, and support compliance tasks.
• Payroll Support – Assist with salary processing, tax filings, and employee benefits administration.
• HR Helpdesk – Be the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and processes.
• Employee Engagement – Help plan and execute HR initiatives, team events and well-being programs.

What you have:

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Agile, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, able to work independently & in a team
• Discreet & professional when handling confidential information
• Excellent time management & organization skills
