We are looking for a HR Communications & Engagement Executive who is high-energy, people-oriented with effective communication skills, resourceful, creative and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Be able to support the development and production of content assets for internal marketing and communication activities. The foundation is being able to understand the communication needs of our employee audience, and turn them into ideas, designs, concepts and communication plans to support employee communications and activities to strengthen the Maybank community.
As part of the Learning & Development team, you will also coordinate and support all employee engagement plans and initiatives to deliver the organisation’s objective. This position reports to Head, Organisational Learning & Talent Management and interfaces with line managers and employees across the group.
