HR Business Partner [Healthcare Shared Services, up to $4k]

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Duration: Full Time
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: up to $4000 (Depending on experience)

Job Scope

• Partner with HODs and Team Leads to oversee the recruitment process, including headcount tracking, sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work with schools and agencies to organize recruitment drives and outreach programs to meet human capital needs.
• Address employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance-related concerns, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, fostering better communication, engagement, and performance among employees.
• Facilitate staff engagement initiatives, handle work pass applications, assist in performance reviews, and participate in HRIS testing and HR process improvement projects as needed.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in HR Management or related disciplines with min 2 years of HRBP experience.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
