HR Business Partner (Central/MNC)
Job description
- Provides strategic HR solutions and advice to internal customers in areas such as staffing, employee relations, engagement, and talent management.
- Involves in reviewing and aligning HR policies and processes with the organizational goals.
- Partners with Business Unit, functional managers, and staff to enhance individual and team performance and support business objectives.
- Works closely with the HR team to develop, refine, and implement HR strategies and processes for the operations.
- Collaborates with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Regional HR teams to execute HR initiatives effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and people strategy.
- Strong ability to drive solutions with a strategic mindset while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Employment Act and solid experience in generalist HR functions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and experience consulting with senior business leaders.
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work with effective people management skills.
