iCapital is seeking a People Partner to help manage our Asia expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of large-scale growth objectives as we expand the companys workforce in Asia and further enhance our global HR function. The successful candidate will be one of the first points of contact in APAC throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, employee experience and engagement, employee relations and total rewards. This role will seek to deliver an exceptional employee experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working globally, passionate about HR, able to navigate through ambiguity, align HR processes with business objectives and is empathic and connects easily with other people. This role contributes to operational excellence while supporting Company objectives through day-to-day HR operations. The right candidate should demonstrate regional experience in working successfully with headquarters.
This role will be based in Hong Kong or Singapore and will report to the Senior Vice President, People, who covers our International team. The position will require travel to other countries, as necessary.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).
