What does the job consist?

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations

  1. Act as the primary HR contact for the respective Business Units and employees, providing strategic, forward-thinking HR solutions, programs, and policies.
  2. Build strong relationships with leaders and line managers, offering guidance on people-related matters and supporting business objectives.
  3. Work closely with the HR Shared Services team to enhance efficiency, streamline HR processes, and improve the overall employee experience.
  4. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job portals, social media, industry partnerships, and career fairs.
  2. Lead end-to-end recruitment, including screening applications, conducting interviews with hiring managers, and ensuring candidates align with company values and job requirements.
  3. Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations.

Talent Management & Employee Engagement

  1. Support performance management processes to recognize and develop high performers while identifying and addressing performance gaps.
  2. Serve as the key HR contact for employees within the business unit, providing guidance on HR policies and gathering employee feedback to enhance the workplace experience.
  3. Advise business unit stakeholders and employees on conduct and disciplinary matters in accordance with HR policies and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR business partnering role covering talent acquisition, performance management and stakeholder management.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  3. Experience in managing HR operations and compliance with local employment regulations.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
