About The Company

Our client is a leading global real estate investment manager and currently, they are on a lookout for a HR Business Partner to join their team!


About The Job

  1. Partner with business leaders to align HR practices with business objectives.
  2. Advise on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  3. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
  4. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  5. Support leadership in change management initiatives and organizational development efforts.
  6. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  7. Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  8. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
