The HR Business Partner is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management and Learning & Development. The incumbent is expected to provide business partnering advice to business units and drive HR initiatives at the divisional level.
The HR Business Partner will be working at team level to partner a specific division. The team will be responsible for the division's HR needs and providing the division with strategic HR advice. Each team will have a specialization in one of the spectrums of HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement in the HR department structure.
