About Us

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding.
  2. Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, and online platforms.
  3. Review resumes and short-list candidates based on qualifications.
  4. Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, in-person) and support the selection process.
  5. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and internal recruitment activities.
  6. Oversee work pass applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  7. Coordinate pre-employment medical exams with clinics and healthcare providers.

HR Training & Support Administration:

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management, data entry, and record-keeping.
  2. Assist with HR projects, employee engagement activities, and internal surveys.
  3. Help assess training needs and assist in developing professional development programs.
  4. Coordinate training schedules with internal and external providers.
  5. Manage HR database and filing systems, ensuring accuracy of employee records and training materials.
  6. Administer HR grants and funding programs to support training and development.

General HR Assistance:

  1. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR functions.
  2. Provide clerical support to HR executives, preparing documents and handling correspondence.
  3. Organize HR-related meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
  4. Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management (or a related field) is required.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in recruitment or training administration is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Other Information

  1. 5 days' work week.
  2. Work Location: North (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
