HR Assistant ( Gul Crescent/ $3000 )

Location: Gul Crescent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours

Salary: Basic Salary + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
• Onboarding and offboarding: Assist with new employee onboarding, including coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and verifying employment eligibility as well as conducting exit interviews for resigning employees.
• Work pass matters: Application, renewal, and cancellation for work pass holders.
• Employee record keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal and employment information, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
• Benefits administration: Assist with benefits administration, including responding to employee inquiries.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment acts and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulations and monitoring company policies and practices.
• Employee relations: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
• Training and development: Assist with registration and coordination between employees and training providers.
• HR projects: Assist with various HR projects, such as policy updates, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HRM or equivalent or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Prior experience in HR support preferred.
