Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in Total Performance Management (TPM) administration
  • Verify and compute manpower expenses for employee deployment/secondment
  • Process regular monthly and ad-hoc employee payments in line with compensation policies
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compensation processes
  • Support HRIS data cleansing initiatives
  • Handle administrative tasks such as employee award payouts and user access management

What we're looking for

  • Diploma level and above in Human Resource/Business or related studies
  • Similar experience handling HR administration or compensation related will be advantageous; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills for interaction
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and computations
