Job description
What you'll be doing
Assist in Total Performance Management (TPM) administration
Verify and compute manpower expenses for employee deployment/secondment
Process regular monthly and ad-hoc employee payments in line with compensation policies
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compensation processes
Support HRIS data cleansing initiatives
Handle administrative tasks such as employee award payouts and user access management
What we're looking for
Diploma level and above in Human Resource/Business or related studies
Similar experience handling HR administration or compensation related will be advantageous; training will be provided
Strong communication skills for interaction
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and computations
